L o a d s off my hands now lol. But there's still VPDP CA3...like fun only haha.
Got some stuff from gmarket kr~ mainly a planner, some stickers and a super big 365-day calendar (as seen from above) Though it's already reaching mid feb, i thought this calendar would be pretty nice to put on my door/wall or something :3 Ah seriously I can't wait for the semester to end! I think we all deserve a break from school.

2011 had been quite a nice year.
The transition from Secondary School to Polytechnic.
Got into my dream course, met quite an amazing bunch of classmates and others etc. Studied what I liked. Miraculously got into the exco of my CCA. Made a website with bff. Attended some amazing concerts and showcases, but still keeping my priorities right. Went to Hongkong again. Unlike 2007-2010, when every year seemed almost the same. Transition.

My dream is right here / Late bloomers are the trend, didn’t you know? / This is just a fallback so we can rise to greater things / Look at me objectively / I may have been born in the year of the monkey, but I’ll never fall from the tree.

Hope that my family and friends stay healthy and safe.

But anyway Sundown Festival was quite nice in general. I started to listen to more of Hebe's songs. She's really pretty amazing :') What I really love about C-POP artistes is that they really aren't that fake and they know how to interact with the crowd. I felt so home-y during Hebe and Show's performances. And as compared to K-POP, a larger ratio of C-POP songs are actually very meaningful. 赞

Met Cordy a while back and got my second bear ring.

I love it, and I can't wait to pass Kitty's one to him :) All the things I'm looking forward to... heh

There's a little progress for VPDP.. That's good.

I'm still bummed to know that VPDP was initially a 4 credit unit module... What can we do tho? Oh yes. Mope and cry.

I can't believe I'm already into my 2nd week of the new semester! But this is where the horror starts - countless CAs, mock tests, exams etc... I have to just keep reminding myself to keep an open mind! My secondary school physics teacher reminded of a quote once during our o' level period - "When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place."

Of course, I can't give up VPDP..... 8 credit units! Jokes.

Woohoo! Exams are over~~~

My dear Cordy and I have launched our new Kpop Events website - K-ommunity!
It's our baby; we basically did it from scratch. But I really like the end result and so far there has only been positive feedback :) I feel like a proud mother, ahaha.

Can't wait for the next semester to start, and for the new modules.

But of course, I ain't that enthusiastic about the exams and homework..

I'm left with three more exams! One is tomorrow, the other on Tues and the other is on the 23rd Aug.
....Don't judge me. I'm really trying to study but i just decided an update would be nice as well >:(

I wish I could go to Thailand with my family during the September holidays.
But I guess the Hongkong trip in December will make up for everything? Hehehe.

Also, school. I'm so proud of DMC 01 :') Not just the two brilliant (please read that in George Young's voice) teams that made it to the POM CA2 Finals and beat everyone's ass, but also to my dearest qt5 and the other team of girls n_n everyone really worked hard for it. We all deserve commendation /claps DMC 01 you guys are forever special and sparkly and full of awesomeness (so gay and over-used but i cant come up with anything else).

All the best to everyone taking the POM written exam tomorrow!!11!!1!!

Completely enjoyed myself yesterday and today, working with my fellow SPVC exco mates. Finally got to know Judith (or rather, Justine Bieber) and play around with professional video cameras and the mixer in the control room. Yesterday was just rehearsal, today we did a live feed :-)

Hung out at the control room to watch the guys and Judith play Monopoly Deal, which apparently... I still can't really get lol. Guess I'll have to keep watching them until it clicks haha. Really loved the company. I might not even mind if I had CCA twice a week lol.

So far everything's been pretty managable, but there's definitely still much more to learn~ In any case, I should focus on my projects and self study starting from tomorrow heh heh. Good bye!

Yesterday I met up with Wengleong (impromptu much) to get his ears pierced and then we went to Watami (again! it's like i have affinity with that place i swear) to camwhore first while waiting for Cleo (again, impromptu) to join us for dinner. Well look who's here after being missing for 57293814 dino years he he he.
Past few weeks I have been ~busy~ with project works and stuff, and I finally get to umm.. "rest" for three weeks! Heh. It ain't that bad to be honest, but I did get like crazy mad stressed the night before POM CA1... well everything turned out pretty fine anyways! ^_____^ Days pass by extremely fast in poly, really. Amazing. I like it. ~~Lol because my birthday will come soon~~

Yesterday's ICP tutorial gave me a good laugh, so did Monday's MCA tutorial. Sometimes people just do the least expected things and in this case it is absolutely hilarious. I wonder if I was studying a Business/Engineering course etc whether I would get to experience this kind of crazy from my classmates.

Well anyway I just ate the yogurt stick the guys distrubuted! Mango~

But laughing aside.. stress is starting to build up? It's definitely not my lecturers/tutors giving me that stress, they're amazing funny and approachable - it's just the stress that I give to myself. I've got to learn to enjoy myself and learn from things instead of worrying about how badly I did/might do heh heh :-)

I collected my graduation certificate yesterday with Cherlyn, then we went to the Shabu-Sushi outside NEX for dinner. Carelessly left my bus card in the bus, hehe thank God the driver sent it to the office. Returned home wondering if I would be able to do this as I proceed on to CA2.. Year two, Year three. Hopefully 8^)

DMC 01 has a new classmate today~I'm so beat from today I'm actually pretty surprised I've not knocked out yet (soon, though) considering the fact that I only slept for less than 3 hours last night. Bought my ICP textbook yet it's still lying in the Popular plastic carrier.. and I've a list of things to do but imma just forget about it now because my mind isn't going to function correctly when im thisclose to falling off my chair and sleeping.

Not really looking forward to tomorrow since school's gonna end prolly around 6 only? And I still have to get up early since my dad's fetching both my brother and I. But in better news, my Threadless tees have arrived! Really love that eco shirt I got, I have no idea when I want to wear it tho :-) soon, soon........

Pretty bored in the night cos both my parents and my brother are out so I ended up getting Toby to take some pictures with me, heh heh :-) Went out today to settle stuff with my new EZ Link card and to look for the Jansport bag I was eyeing a week ago.. unfortunately there isn't any more stock at the place I went to :-( Plus I was having a (sudden) toothache and headache so I decided to just head back home. No point in travelling to get the bag when all the signs are asking me to go home! Haha.

I accompanied Cherlyn yesterday to NYP to pay and collect her Macbook Pro. Her school is so grey I cant even LOL I have no idea why it's bothering me this much but /anyway/ we went to NEX to have lunch @ Shabu Sushi too! Their tv spoilt and Visual Dream kept playing over and over again for about 10 minutes wtf. I guess the chicken and fish made up for it though, hehe. I would have been jealous of Cherlyn because of the even ratio of boys and girls in her class but from what she has told me.. the boys in her class are like what, stuck in secondary school? Uh, alike ~some people~ so yeah thank goodness I'm in DMC/01 hah.

Tomorrow marks the start of the second week in school! I'm supposed to reach the CASS foyer at 8AM for Design Basics class. Thought it would be my favourite but so far I think all the modules I'm having are pretty awesome! /thumbs up Thank goodness I made that desicion to study what I like for poly and what's even better is that if I ever want to do business in the future, my course actually teaches us the basics of business instead of just Mass Communication and stuff! Fabulous. And apparently Media & Comm is more than just Mass Communication so.... I feel pretty special heh.

Well in conclusion I'm enjoying my poly life and oh yes I can't stop bragging to my friends about all the food stuff we have in SP! Burger King, KFC, McDonald's, Subway, Koufu and 5 other foodcourts.. life is just amazing here haha. Hmm... 'cept for the long walks I have to take cos of the huge ass campus.
